Note air 4c - Play protect

Hi,

I had a banking app that worked fine for many month, and now it's not working anymore. I called my bank and they told me it's because my Note air 4c is not play protect certified. I've read others have this play protect problem. I installed the latest update (13.06.2025) but I still don't have this play protect certification.

Are you working on this ?
