WebDav: how to sync back (automatically) out of Bookshelf?
Hey,
Got an Boox Go 10.3 just a few days ago. In general, I really like the device, but I slowly get annoyed of the WebDav syncing feature.
I am syncing to my self-hosted Nextcloud via WebDav. When I go inside the network folder, tap a PDF, it gets downloaded. Nevertheless, if I leave the network folder and turn back to the folder, where I just downloaded the PDF, it has to rescan the whole directory, although this was done some minute ago. Waiting for a whole minute of syncing every time I open the folder is not very usable, but, the downloaded PDF from then on, is visible in the Bookshelf.
Because all PDFs, that I want to open from my cloud will appear in the main Bookshelf without folders, I started reordering them in the bookshelf by hand (which was annoying enough, since I already have a folder structure in the cloud). But still here they are available offline and I can easily access them, which is good.
The Problem starts here:
My whole usage of the boox is heavily relying on editing PDFs and making note in them. Then I turn back to my computer to process these PDFs further. But I can't see how I can reliably sync the already edited PDFs back to the cloud?
I see "Boox-Cloud-Login-BooxSync-Boox-Account" stuff everywhere, but I am acually just happy with your device and don't want to use your cloud, but my own one?!
- In Library, under Bookshelf: long-pressing the file I just edited opens three tabs, from which one is "Other Sync", where I can see my WebDav Account with a kind of "sync" symbol next to it, but I can't click it, or at least I don't see, that anything happens, when I click it. Beneeth my Account name, in a new line, it says "None".
- In Library, under Bookshelf > Menu Button > Manage Library > select-my-PDF > Sync also won't just sync back the made changes to my Nextcloud and I don't understand why ?
Request/Question(assume working network connection):
It would be very useful, to have a "sync"-Button in editing mode/floating toolbar, that instantaneously triggers a sync of the current file manually. Additionally, automatically sync a file that was edited, after I closed it.
Or do I oversee something?

Dear customer,
We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please update the firmware to the latest version via Settings > Firmware Update. Then, please go to Library > Click the "Network Disk" icon on the top of the screen > select your webDAV account > click the "Gear" icon on the top right of the screen > Please enable "Enable Cloud Storage in Library", "Automatically upload PDFs with embedded data", and "Enable highlight, annotation, handwritten data export function in Library".
Then, please try to edit the PDF again and close the book. After that, please check if the problem persists.
Many thanks for your understanding.

Thanks for the reply.
I have done all this already (all options enabled), but the issue persists. Edited PDFs get uploaded, if I acces them over the full path of th enetwork device, but won't get uploaded, once I open and edit them through the library/bookshelf view, where the PDFs initially appear, once downloaded.
