    Dear customer,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please update the firmware to the latest version first. You can update the firmware via Settings > More Settings > System Update.

    Then, please go to "Settings" > "Power" > "Auto Power-Off" > Set it to Never. After that, please let us know whether the problem persists.

    If the problem persists, please kindly go to "Settings" > "Feedback" > click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > "Settings" > enable "Save logs to local storage before rebooting the device".

    After that, please reproduce this issue on your device. When the issue occurs again, please immediately submit feedback via "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback. Our technical team will get back to you as soon as possible after you submit the Feedback.​ Many thanks for your understanding.
