Note3C - OneNote has died
Been using a Note3C for ages now without any issues.
Yesterday, OneNote decided it needed to reorganise my notes but ended up dumping them all into an unrecognised folder. I couldn't find anyway to rectify this so I uninstalled OneNote to start from scratch.
OneNote would then not install from Play Store - it downloads, gets to 100%, tries to install then fails. I've installed via a downloaded APK but it won't open with an error 0x803D0013.
Any suggestions? I use OneNote extensively on all my devices so it would be a huge PITA if I can't get it to work on my main note taking machine!

We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please update the firmware of your device to the latest version first. You can update the firmware via Settings > Firmware Update. Then, please check if it is possible to download the OneNote from Google Play.
If the problem persists, please go to "Settings" > "Date & Time" > turn off and turn on the "Automatically set Date and Time" again. Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time of the device matches your local time.
You could also try to connect to another Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.
