Duplicate Folder Structure When Syncing Notes

When syncing notes (with or without "Create PDF on exit"), the folder structure in storage includes unexpected duplicates.

Example — in the Notes app:
If I have:
Folder_00 > Folder_A > Note_A
Folder_00 > Folder_B > Note_B

I expect the synced folder structure to match how things are organized in the Notes app.

Expected: (inside the note folder)
Folder_00/
  │___ Folder_A/
  │           │___ Note_A.note
  │           │___ Note_A.pdf
  │  
  │___ Folder_B/
               │___ Note_B.note
               │___ Note_B.pdf

Actual: (inside the note folder)
Folder_A/
    │___ Note_A.note

Folder_B/
    │___ Note_B.note

Folder_00/
  │___ Folder_A/
  │           │___ Note_A.note
  │           │___ Note_A.pdf
  │  
  │___ Folder_B/
               │___ Note_B.note
               │___ Note_B.pdf

These extra top-level Folder_A and Folder_B (outside of Folder_00) are not part of the original structure in the Notes app. They’re redundant, clutter the sync folder, and cause wasted storage — which matters because we cannot move the Notes folder to the SD card, so internal space is limited.

Please update the sync behavior to follow the exact folder structure from the Notes app, without creating extra folders at the root of note folder.
