BOOX Go Color 7 (Gen II)- Can't use scrolling buttons After System Update

I have updated recent BOOX system (V4.1 (2025-08-19)), the volume buttons no longer use to turn pages/scrolling in either app I downloaded from google store. anyway it worked well before I updated the firmware.

I've tried the following:

-Uninstalling and reinstalling apps

-Adjusting App Optimization settings

-Ensuring the volume buttons are globally set to “Page Turn / Scrolling”

-Restarting the device multiple times

and lastly Factory reset

Despite these efforts, the issue persists.
