Onyx Boox Max Lumi 2 – Cannot Perform Factory Reset After Forgotten Password
Hello everyone,
I have an Onyx Boox Max Lumi 2 and unfortunately I completely forgot the lock screen password. I tried several button combinations (Power + Back, Power + Volume keys, long press of Power, etc.) but the device only restarts and always returns to the password screen.
I cannot find a way to access the recovery menu or perform a proper factory reset. The device never shows an option for formatting or restoring to default settings, it just keeps asking for the password.
Has anyone faced the same issue?
Is there a working method to force a factory reset or access recovery mode on the Max Lumi 2?
