Update 4.1 - Toolbox

I like the toolbox idea because maintaining a standard set of brushes is neat but I think it's overkill that each notebook can have it's own toolboxes - that just isn't reflective of the real word? If I'm taking notes I use a ballpoint, a highlighter and maybe a marker. If I'm sketching, a selection of pencils, for example. if I have several sketch books I'd like to have the same brushes pre-loaded rather than have to change them all. 

I would request that the dev include an option to persist the toolboxes across all notebooks in the next release so that we can create standard toolboxes to use.
