Google Meet "unable to join the call" on Boox Note Air 3 C
Hi!
I'm using a Boox Note Air 3 C in the 2025-08-28_17-13_4.1-rel_0827_fc8adf71a version and I'm having problems with the Google Meet app. Whenever I try to join or create a call a message appears saying "unable to join the call". I checked on the permissions and they are all conceded. I also checked on the date and time and it matches with my local time. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, making also sure that it is not freezed or disabled, but nothing worked. Do you have any recommendations?

We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please try the following solutions:
1) Please long-press the Google Meet app icon. Then, please check if there is an "Unfreeze" button. If so, please press the unfreeze button and check if the problem can be fixed.
2) Please long-press the Google Meet app icon > Optimize > Others > enable "Stay active in the background". After that, please check if the problem can be fixed.
