Note Air 3C: After update - the fingerprint unlock option disappeared from the settings. I have to unlock using the password.
After installing the latest firmware update (Version: 2025-08-28_17-13_4.1-rel_0827_fc8adf71a) on my Note Air 3C, the fingerprint unlock option disappeared from the settings. I have to unlock using the password.
Now, I cannot access my protected Notes. The system shows this error message instead of falling back to password:
“Fingerprint authentication is not available on this device! Ensure the device has a fingerprint sensor and enrolled fingerprints by calling RxFingerprint#isAvailable(Context) first.”
This is urgent as I need immediate access to my work notes. Please confirm if there is a workaround or if a patch will be released soon. I have contacted Boox through the feedback tool in built, got vague replies asking for the logs, I've since submitted two more reports with logs with no answer. My important work notes are locked

I would like to inform you that I already reproduced the issue and submitted feedback directly from my device on the 16th of September, making sure to tick the option “send logs” as instructed. Could you please confirm if those logs were received by your technical team, or should I re-submit them?
