Adobe Digital Editions doesn't recognize onyx boox go 6
Good morning:
A few days ago, you were assured that the Onyx Go 6 is compatible with public libraries and Adobe Digital Editions. However, I can't get it to work, and Adobe doesn't recognize the Onyx device.
Could you help me? I've tried two alternative methods, and neither has worked.
1. On my computer, download the latest version of Adobe Digital Editions. Authorize the computer with the Adobe keys. Then connect the e-book to the computer to authorize this device in the Adobe app. I couldn't do this because it isn't recognized.
2. From the e-book: I downloaded the ebiblio app (the Madrid library app). I downloaded the Adobe Digital Editions app. I tried to authorize the e-reader device from there, but it doesn't recognize the Adobe keys. I don't know what else to do.
You assure me that the Onyx Go 6 is compatible, but I can't get it to work. Please, can you help me by telling me how to do this?
I would appreciate it if you could have a 100% positive ebook experience.
