Go Color 7 not retaining app settings
Ihave been trying to get the Go Color 7 to allow me to change the battery settings in Hoopla to Unrestricted because I am unable to use the app with its default settings (it doesn't let me download any media, which is Hoopla's one function). How can I get my deviceto save this setting change'?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We suspect the problem is related to the battery restriction. In this case, please kindly long-press the Hoopla app icon > Optimize > Others > enable "Stay active in the background". Then, please check if it is possible to remove the battery restriction.
