Note Air 3: so many documents, is this normal?

My Documents folder contains so many unrecognizable documents (over 4000). Is this okay? Or might this be the reason my device is lagging a lot? Thank you for your help.

Once you find the path, you can go to the folder where these files are stored and delete them to free up more memory. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.
