    Dear customer,
    We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a beta version of firmware 4.1 available for Tab X C. In this case, you could apply for a beta test via Settings > More Settings > System Update > Apply for Beta test. After you join the test program, please update the firmware and check if the problem persists. Many thanks for your understanding.

    Thank you for your quick response.

    I’ve downloaded and installed the beta version of firmware 4.1 as suggested. Unfortunately, the issue still persists, the video playback continues to stutter after a few minutes, just like before.
