I have the same problem on a brand new tab x c. None of these suggestions fixed the problem for me.

    Dear Boox Service,

Thanks for the reply. I tried each of those suggestions, and unfortunately the problem still persists. Are there any other potential fixes I could try?

    Best,

    Clay

When will this firmware be available? You announced it two weeks ago and the bridge is still broken.

Same problem on my Note Air 3C.  Very frustrating.

I am experiencing the same issue on the Note Max due to the lagging firmware version (still on ver. 4.0).

    Hi Safa,
We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checking, there is a beta firmware 4.1.1 available for Note Max. In this case, you could apply for a beta test via Settings > More Settings > System Update > Apply for Beta test. After you join the test program, please try to update the firmware and see if the problem can be fixed.

    Hello,

Thanks for the update. I have joined the Beta test, and I am able to see the 4.1 beta firmware under "Update History" but I can't update. When I click "Check for Updates" it says latest firmware already installed, and I tried toggling on and off the "Automatically detect updates" and clicking around in the "Update History" panel, but I couldn't force an update to 4.1.

    Am I doing something wrong?

I am experiencing the same issue on a Max Lumi 2, so still on 4.0.2. When would this update be available for me?

As a fix for others having this problem: The Zotero-app from the Google Play Store works just fine!

@Bookshop Service Is there any update to the Note Air 3C firmware?  I have joined the beta program but there's no new firmware and my device always fails the Cloudflare captcha.
