No "Notes" App in the Palma 2 Pro

    Dear customer,
    We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please try to swipe down from the top right of the screen to bring up the Control Center > enable "Stylus". Then, please check if the Notes app will appear on the Home Screen. Many thanks for your understanding.

    In this case, please update the firmware to the latest version first. You could update the firmware via "Settings" > "More Settings" > "System Update" on your device. Also, please check each group on the Home Screen and see if it is possible to find the Notes app.

    If still unable to find it on the Home Screen, we suggest submitting feedback via "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback.     I have the same issue. I have a stylus, not the Boox branded one, and it's recognized, but I can't get to the Notes any which way. I've happened onto it a few times through convoluted Settings approaches, but it keeps hiding the app. This is the whole reason I bought the device. Please advise and FIX. There is NO reason to hide it from the Home screen or options to set buttons, Naviball options, etc. to it!!
