ONYX GO 10.3 - Long opening time for an empty note
I have an active note that gets filled in and cleared every day. After some time, it becomes impossible to use, as its opening time sometimes exceeds 20 seconds.

We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we appreciate it if you could kindly export your notepad to the ".note" file by long-pressing the notepad cover > Share and Export> Format select .note files.
After that, please submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and attach the export note file while sending the Feedback. Sent. I'll also add that this is a recurring issue - I've had to recreate my work notes before. Judging by the size of the empty file (2.5 MB), it seems that junk keeps accumulating in it without being cleared, which leads to these results.

A week ago, I resubmitted the logs from the device after receiving a reply in the feedback section. When can I expect the issue to be fixed? I’m tired of deleting and recreating dozens of files that I work with every day. Their sizes keep growing and they take 20 seconds to open.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checking with our tech team, they are aware of this issue and will fix it in the subsequent firmware update.
We are sorry that we have not received information on when the new firmware will be available. Our tech team is working on adapting the new firmware and will release it once it is stable. In this case, we suggest going to Settings > More Settings > System Update > enable "Automatically Detect Updates". After that, your device will receive a notification once the new firmware is available. Many thanks for your patience and understanding.
