Can I use Boox Palma 2 Pro as hotspot?

My carrier allows hotspoting and tethering.

So if I have a 5G data-only SIM card installed in the Palma 2 Pro, can the Palma 2 Pro be used as a hotspot using Android 15's default "hotspot and tethering" option?
