Zotero - boox air 5c

Hi,

I've recently bought air 5c and bind my zotero account. When uploaded a few pdf documents on Zotero Desktop, I realized that some of the pdfs can be downloaded, whereas others give the download error. All pdfs are working on Zotero itself and I can annotate them, so there is no problem with the pdf files.
