Google Business Accounts on Boox Go 10.3.
Hello Boox Team,
i have issues with accessing Google Mail and Drive on my Boox Go 10.3.
I have a google Business Account - i checked all the settings and recommended setting in the google admin console but still its not updating on the Boox.
Do you have any experience with this kind of issue?

Dear customer,
We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, you could try to set up a work profile for the Google Mail and Google Drive apps via Apps > click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > App Management > Work Profile > enable work profile > enable work profile for the Google Mail and Google Drive apps. Then, please try to log in to your Google Business Accounts on the work version of the Google apps, and please check if the problem can be fixed.
