Nova3: How I can sync notebooks?

Hi 

I am using nova3 color and just bind to onyx (push.boox.com). When I clicked cloud symbol on the right top on my nova, I saved as backup file. However, none was shown on the website that I logged in. The main purpose for this was I wanted to read my note on nova3 on my PC. Would you tell me how to this or how long does it take for synchronize, I would appreciate it.

  Hello,

  Please check whether you log in to the same account (Nova3 Color and push.boox.com). If this is the case, please log out and then log in again to refresh the page to see if the issue will be fixed.
