I can not add the lock password and add account to Boox Poke 3

Hi.

I will setup the lockscreen for my Poke 3. It require the Onyx Account.

I was tried 2 ways are input my phone number or email to send the verify code.

It no work, the code never send to me. How to I can secure my Android Poke 3 ?
