Go Color 7 (Gen II) – ChatGPT App Won’t Launch (“PlayIntegrity verification failed”)
Hello,
I’m using a Go Color 7 (Gen II) and I’m having trouble running the ChatGPT app on it.
Whenever I try to launch the app, an error message appears saying:
“PlayIntegrity verification failed”
The app doesn’t crash, but it won’t proceed past this screen and can’t be used.
I’ve tried reinstalling the app and rebooting the device, but the issue persists.
Has anyone encountered this problem or found a workaround?
Is there any setting or compatibility option on BOOX devices that could help the ChatGPT app run properly?
Any advice would be appreciated.
