Cannot change language

While my device is in English, things like Feedback and APP Store are in Chinese. Can someone please help fix it, I have additional issues that also need fixing that I don’t think I can even address yet. Help please

  Dear customer, 

  In this case, please switch the server to the US server. After that, the Feedback and the built-in App Store will be in English.
