Scroll Button not working in third party app after update to 3.2

After the update to firmware 3.2 in my Note Air the scrolling buttons in the navigation ball don't work when I'm using a app installed by the Google Play Store, even though before the update it worked correctly.

I've already tried to reinstall the app in question (the WuxiaWorld app if it is relevant), but it doesn't fixes the problem.

Am I missing some configuration, or do the scrolling button not work in third party apps now?
