Deleted Onyx Boox account and recover the account

    We are sincerely sorry that the notebooks cannot be recovered after the Onyx account has been deleted.

    Regarding the issue of being unable to use the phone number to log in, please check if you have entered the country code (+386) and whether the format of your phone number is correct. For your reference, please check the picture below:

    Also, please swipe right for security verification.

    If the problem persists, please go to "Settings" > "Date & Time" > turn on or off "Automatically set Date and Time". Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time on the device matches your local time.

    If still have the problem, please try to connect to another Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.
