pen insensitivity on Boox TabX

Hi,

When using the  Notes app on my Boox TabX the pen basically doesn't work in the top right corner of the writing area. Is this a known and expected behavior or my TabX is defective? I think it's been like that from the beginning.Calibrating the pen doesn't help in that top right corner. Otherwise in all other areas the pen works fine.
I have a video of this behavior but can't attach it here, so I will just show a picture that kind of explains what I described in words.

  Dear customer,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. We suspect the issue is related to the flap on the protective case. The flap has magnets inside, which will affect the magnetic field of the stylus. In this case, we suggest not folding the flap underneath the device, or you could try to remove the magnetic case. After that, please let us know if it is possible to fix the problem.
