Note Air5 C Fingerprint issue
The first time the setup worked fine. Now my fingerprint is not recognised anymore. I’ve deleted the registered one tried the process again and now nothing is happening. After a factory reset, still same issue, I stay on the page “Place Fingers”, placing my finger on the sensor, but nothing is happening. Can you please help? Thank you.

We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please update the firmware to the latest version first. You could update the firmware via "Settings" > "More Settings" > "System Update" on your device.However, if the firmware is already the latest but the problem persists, we would appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue on your device and submit feedback via "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > "+" on your device.
