Thumbnails not loading on "Link to Page"

When I attempt to create a link to a page in a notebook, none of the thumbnails load - so I am looking at a bunch of empty boxes to select from.

 

I used lasso tool to circle some text, then selected Link, then selected "Link to Notes", then "Link to Page' tab.

  Dear customer,
  In this case, you could try to open the Notes app > swipe down from the top right of the screen to bring up the Control Center > EInkWise> Set the refresh mode to HD mode. Also, please try to adjust the color mode. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.
