Drawing Issues

Hi All,

I just got a Boox Air 5C, and I have to say so far I've been disappointed.  I'm having a few problems, but the biggest at the moment is the Notes app.  I was hoping to use it for sketching, but I'm having problems there too.  If I draw a circle by hand, then try to erase a small section of it using Pixel Eraser, nearly half the circle on the opposite side disappears without my touching it.  All the smart scribe features are turned off.  

If I draw the circle with "Perfect Shape" Pixel Eraser erases the whole thing, just like Stroke Eraser.  

This seems to happen with shapes other than circles, but I was able to reproduce it over and over with circles.  

Any advice or help would be appreciated.
