Onyx BOOX GO 10.3 64 GB - no writing/drawing menu in Notes

Since december the drawing writing menu in Note disappeared.Opening a new note doesn't help, rotating the screen, doesn't help(it helped in the past), software update didn't help. How to solve this issue?
