Cannot access Lumi after resetting password?

Hi, I reser my password on the Boox Lumi and there isno apparent place to set a new password? I cannot access the device now. How can I set a new password? Thank you

  We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, you could go Settings > Password > Lock Screen Password. Then, please check if it is possible to set a new password.
