Boox Notes App feature is almost broken/useless
When using the note app, if you press the page overview button (the page numbers in top right) it opens a screen with thumbnails for up to 9 pages at a time.
While the thumbnails load, you cannot press a page to open it.
And, unfortunately, the thumbnails load very slowly.
If the thumbnails loaded quickly, this wouldn't be that big of an issue.
But really, the pages should be clickable even when the thumbnails haven't fully rendered.
And this should be possible, as one can swipe to see more pages before the thumbnails have loaded. Or even click the checkbox in the top right to select and copy a page, all before the thumbnails have loaded.
The one thing you can't do is open the page before thumbnails have loaded.
My issue is partially described in point 4 of this post.
A response claims:
When the first rendering is complete, the note thumbnails will not be re-rendered each time opening the page manager, and the note thumbnails will be displayed very quickly.
But this does not seem to be the case in my testing.
And regardless of the speed of thumbnail rendering, it should still be possible to press a page to open it. This would allow for quickly navigating to a note page, if one knows (roughly) what the page number is.
