Push.Boox PDF Isssue

When I try to download a pdf from push.boox.com a window pops up but then it just gets stuck there. I am unable t download any notes as pdfs. I can hit the image and it will download the note as an image without a problem. I have also tried multiple computers to see if it was a computer issue with no luck. How do I fix this?
