Mira software says no device detected

I received my Mira this week and just downloaded the Mira software. But it kept saying "No device detected". It won't let me change any setting either. What shall I do?

  Dear Customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.

  In this case, please connect the Mira to the computer with a USB C cable and an HDMI like the picture below:

  

  After that, the Mira software should be able to detect the Mira.
