Poke 3 stuck on screen saver not starting after poweron
Hello my Poke 3 is not starting up after staying unused in a drawer for a month and a half I plugged the device in the charger for about 4 hours and after attempting to power it on the screen does not change at all (stays on the screensaver image) and the device powerbutton led flashes purple then changes to blue for a minute or two after which it changes to red. Screen backlight does work and if the device is plugged into a computer the PC recognizes the internal device storage for a minute and then it just gets disconnected and reconnected in about 2 minute intervals (probably boot looping). Is there any way to enter a recovery mode and factory reset the device?

Dear customer, please try the following method to enter the recovery mode:
Shut down the device by long-press the power button and please do not charge the device > long-press the power button for 8 seconds, release it, release it, and immediately press the power button 5 times within two seconds > wait for the Recovery interface to appear> select "wipe data/factory reset"> select "- yes-delete all data"> select "Wipe cache partition"> select "- Yes-Wipe Cache"> select "Reboot System Now"

Hi, i have tried ti follow the guide to reset to factory, but I kerp coming Bach to the password screen. And that’s where my problem began, since I forgot my screen password. Can anybody help me out? Best regards Rikke

In this case, we are wondering if your device has a back button at the front of the device. If there is a back button, please follow the steps in the video below to reset the device.
If your device does not have a back button, please follow the steps in the video below to reset the device.
