Synchronizing note from nova air to nova air c erases what I wrote

I bought nova air c.
I synced the nova air note I already have with nova air c, but some of what I wrote is gone. (Just not displayed ??)

The title of the note and the number of pages seem to be synchronized, but only the one I wrote has disappeared.
That's just part of it.

I synced again with nova air and synced with nova air c and it still disappears.

Is there any help?

  Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.

  This maybe the issue with synchronization. In this case, you could try to switch the server on your device to the EUR server and see if the issue persisted.

  It took a while, but the sync seems to be complete.
  What I wrote is now displayed.
