Nova Air 3.2.1 Update US

The 3.2.1 update on my Nova Air will not download.  When I try to download - I only show 1.5 to 5.0 Kbps and the download fails.  I have tried many times over multiple days.  The results are aways the same.  

Other apps allow downloads at seemly normal download speeds.

Using Speed Test I show a 15-30 Mbps download speed.

Thoughts?
