Changing the order of pages in a notebook

I found a post detailing how to do exactly that... only it's on a previous version of the firmware. Is this still possible to do(?) and if so would it be possible to get an updated answer ?

  Dear customer, it is possible to change the order of pages in a notebook. Below are the steps:
  
  1) Click on the page at the top right corner
  

  2) Select the page that you would like to move and click on the arrow icon to move the page.
