[Max3] Transparent screensaver doesn't display the top black ribbon
Hi,
Sometimes, when I put my Max3 to sleep, the transparent screensaver that I've set doesn't display the black ribbon at the top.
(If I set also the bottom black ribbon in addition, it's not displayed neither).
That's problematic since I can't see whether my device is in sleep mode or not. (I know it's in sleep mode though since I can't write on it and pressing the power button again allows me to write again on the device).
What's strange is that this doesn't happen every time (maybe half the time) but I can't see what triggers this.

In this case, please check if the firmware version of your device is the latest. If not, please update the firmware. You could check it in the "Settings" > "Firmware update" > "Check for update"
If the firmware is already the latest but the problem persisted. We suggest submitting feedback on "Settings" > "Feedback". Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. 1) I already have the latest firmware.
2) I've tried to give feedback but there's an automatic response (so my feedback can't be sent):
"[Auto-Reply]1- the new screensaver only supports models above Android 9 ..."
Yes, Max 3 runs only Android 9 but the screensaver is working great despite that. There's only this problem of black ribbon which sometimes disappears. Am I the only one to get this problem?
