Touchscreen looks "unknown"
Hello everyone,
Last year, during the Olympics, I bought a second hand Boox Note Pro from Tokyo. It worked perfectly for 1 year. Then 1 month ago, my touchscreen suddenly broke down. Stylus pen is working but finger touch is impossible.
Firstly I reboot device and it worked regularly. But this week it all gone. When I check the device poperties, the capacitive touchscreen looks "unknown"
I gueesed It's related with hardware. Because nothing happened physicial. But when I toucht the Customer Service, they said you should send the device China. But I live in Turkey...
Do you have any idea to fix it by myself. Thx a lot...

We are sorry that this issue is caused due to the hardware and we are afraid that the only to fix it is to replace the screen of the device. And we are afraid that we are unable to ship the componet itself. Therefore, we suggest sending the device to the repair center to fix the device. We will make sure the device is fixed and working properly before we send it back.
