Push button/link does not appear eur.boox.com

Hi,

I have a brand new Note Air2 Plus and I have been trying to connect with eur.boox.com. From the different tutorials and articles I have read I should see a Push link, but instead I see a BooxDrop link. And when I click it nothing happens and the screen is totally blank. What is the issue with this? Where I should see the Push link?

I have my PC and the tablet connected in the same network.
