Pages show up blank for certain CBZ files
Hello! I previously posted this through the "Feedback" dialog on my device, but never got a reply other than what seems to be a bot response about some other unrelated frequently asked question. And after updating my device to the newest version of the firmware (2022-09-01_13-31_3.2.4_071fa5f) the bug persists. So I figured I'd report it here as well, in case the Feedback thing didn't show up.
Here is the bug:
NeoReader is having issues displaying certain pages from one of my CBZ files and I am not sure why. They just show up as a blank page. It displays fine on my computer.
I extracted two pages from the full document to create a minimal reproducible example. On my Onyx Boox Air, the first page displays correctly, while the second one shows up blank. However, if I attempt to zoom in on or crop the first page, that too stops working.
Note that the internal image type of the pages is (index-colored) GIF: Could this be causing problems, somehow?

Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.
After checking with our tech team, they are currently working to fix this issue. In this case, you could probably open the cbz file with a third-party reader app such as the KOReader or Moon+ Reader. Or you could read in a split-screen view.
