Problems with 3.3 firmware

I just updated note 5 to 3.3. In the new version, you cannot control both light sliders at the same time. Can you restore this very useful functionality. I also noticed that sometimes after opening a note you cannot see it (there is a white page) and after a few seconds a note appears.

  The function of adjusting lightness from the side of the screen remains, and you could enable this feature via "Settings" > "Gesture Settings" > enable "Side".

  For the issue with the notes, we suggest submitting feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback.​

  Since I have blank pages in Boox Assistant, I started the notes data update in the sync options, but after starting it shows 2% all the time.
