ONYX Account Sign-up and Deletion

With an ONYX Account, you can enjoy 10GB cloud space, Notes sync and other cloud services. In this article, you will learn how to sign up for an ONYX Account and choose your server.
 

Sign-up

Method 1: Register on your BOOX device

  1. In Home Screen, go to Settings > ONYX Account.
  2. Tap Servers and select a server based on your location.
  3. Enter your mobile number or your email and tap "Obtain Verification Code".
  4. Enter the verification code you have received and tick the checkbox to agree to our Privacy Policy & User Agreement.
  5. Tap "Login", and you will be automatically registered.

Method 2: Register on the website

  1. Choose to enter one of our send2boox websites on a browser according to the server selection based on your location.
    US / VN Server: https://push.boox.com/
    EUR Server: https://eur.boox.com/
  2. Enter your mobile number or your email and click "Obtain Verification Code".
  3. Enter the verification code you have received and tick the checkbox to agree to our Privacy Policy.
  4. Click "Sign in", and you will be automatically registered.
 
Note:
  1. Please choose your server based on your location to ensure the network speed for cloud services and firmware updates.
  2. Please choose your server consistently between different devices for the same account to avoid incomplete data syncing.
  3. It's recommended to associate both your phone and email with your account to ensure you'll never miss a verification code.

 

Account Deletion

With firmware V3.5.1, you can delete your ONYX account directly on your device:
Settings＞ tap your Profile＞Account Security＞Delete Account
