For monochrome E Ink models, the screen will display colors in grayscale. Suitable adjustments of contrast and color settings can increase the overall display effect of the images. The color display of each app can be set independently without affecting the system-wide display. In this article, you will learn how to adjust the contrast and color of the display based on your reading preference.

Contrast

When the value is increased, it enhances the visual clarity of content, making texts appear crisper and graphic elements more distinct.
 

* Light Color Filter

When the value is increased, it will turn more light colors (highlights) to white. It is generally used to lighten the background color.
 
Note: This setting is only available for monochrome E Ink models.
 

* Vividness

When the value is increased, it will increase the saturation of the colors.
 
Note: This setting is only available for color E Ink models.
 

* Color Brightness

When the value is increased, it will increase the brightness of the colors.
 
Note: This setting is only available for color E Ink models.
