Shipping to India

I would love to buy a Max Lumi 2. But Onyx Boox products do not have India listed in the Shipping list. Why is this so ? Can't people from India buy any Onyx Eink devices ?

  No! We have elephants walking the streets and snake charmers doing rope tricks on market squares. Which makes it dangerous for Onyx to ship to us. Of course, you could order the pos Mobiscribe which does ship to India. Or, like me, you may keep scouring Olx/FB Marketplace and might get lucky to find some India returned NRI selling used Boox Note 1.
