Interface refresh constantly and reboot to Android Recovry
Hi
A few weeks ago I installed the latest firmware and was able to use it for several days without any issues.
Since this morning, my Boox Note 2+ informs me that the interface restarts constantly and asks me to close the application. It eventually reboots and I'm sent back to the Android Recovry screen. I click on Try Again, but I have the same behavior. I can no longer use the device...
On the Recovry screen I have these informations :
- ONYX/BOOX/BOOX
- 11/RKQ1.210614.002/200

In this case, please try to long-press the power button of the device and see if it is possible to shut it down. If it does not work, please charge the device, and please do not remove the USB cable. And then, please long-press the power button and see if you can turn off the device.
If still unable to solve the problem, please check if it is possible to enter the recovery interface of the device and reboot the device. To enter the recovery interface, please follow the video below:

I charged my device to 100% and shut-off it with USB cable plugged.
Then I start it and all works fine !
