Export/import of notes

So, I've realized that it is possible to "export" notes to various file formats such as pdf, png etc. But there don't seem to be a way to "import" notebooks. This is not an issue for me yet, but it does leave a bit of an anxious stomach in me because I will fill up the device, it's just a matter of time. There are cloud backups through onyx cloud ofc but that's 5gb, I've yet to find a way to increase that limit. What I'd want to be reassured with, is the ability to export the notebooks, like raw and later import it. My reasoning is that I may or may not have the storage space for the notebook and I sure wouldn't want to recreate a notebook manually. So, one thing that would reassure me would be that the option to buy more cloud storage appears if the limit is approached. Or even better, I can export the notebook as is, move it to my computer and at a later date, move it back to the device for further editing. I still have plenty of space but 3 weeks in and I've already used like 2gb of notes and 6gb of books so, 8/64gb and the OS takes a bit of that so 38gb/64gb available. It wouldn't surprise me if that space is gone by the end of next year. So yeah, I admit, I havea bit of a knot in my stomach in regards to when that time comes.

  We are sorry that the BOOX device does not support importing PDF notes. However, you could back up your notes and store the backup folder on the computer of other cloud storage. When you need your notes back, you could move the backup folder to your device and restore the backup. After that, your notes will display on the device again.   That does seem like what I were looking for =D, I will try that thank you very much. I overlooked that option when I tried to find that functionality.

  I tried making such a backup and it did work but unfortunately it seems impossible to offload to another computer/device 🤔, I get the error "the requested value could not be determined " when I try to copy any file from the Boox note air 2 it failed with that. Backups, pdf notes, books, images, templates etc etc.

  I can however send temperates from the computer to the device although it's incredibly slow but I've not payed any mind to that until now 🤔

  Ok well this was a bit embarrassing. Turns out it was the fault of the cable. The onyx usb seems to be defect for me. Using another cable that I knew worked, worked for transferring the files too so false alarm. It works and I'm happy 😁
