Ultra max is asking for password even if I haven't set one

    This issue might be related to the Google service, and it is known by our tech team, and we confirm that it has been fixed in the new firmware. Since it is unable to unlock the device to update the firmware, in this case, we suggest resetting the device to factory default settings first. To reset the device, please follow the steps in the video below.

    After your device is unlocked, you could update the firmware via "Settings" > "System Settings" > "System Update".

    I'm having this issue with my Boox Tab Ultra as well. Very disappointing for a device that costs as much as it does.
